Kim has lived on Amelia Island for over 23 years. Prior to island life she lived in the Pacific Northwest where she was born and raised. She and her family moved to Amelia Island for the adventure of travel when their boys were two and four. They fell in love with the island and deepened their roots with each passing year. Brad, her husband, is a firefighter for the City of Fernandina Beach and the boys have successfully left the nest. 

Kim's interest in the real estate profession is built on her genuine pleasure for helping people and researching the ever-changing real estate market. She has worked with a luxury destination club for 15 years providing exclusive itineraries and creating treasured memories for travelers visiting Amelia Island. She has also been a property manager for several large oceanfront homes for 15+ years. Kim earned her MA in Educational Technology and a BA in Elementary Education from Western Washington University. Her love for education continues as she builds on opportunities to learn and grow with each experience. 

Kim and Brad have two boys, Blake and Kyle, whom she refers to as her best work. Blake is a recent college graduate and entrepreneur developing a product called EaseAlert for firefighters to lessen stress and increase efficiency. Kyle is a recent graduate with a degree in  Health Science and is planning on following his father's path into firefighting. Kim guarantees personalized service and professional transactions driven by integrity and honesty.
